There are several ways of conceiving space and we would like you to be free of expressing yours. For this reason, we placed piles along side-walls only, so that you can have the widest possible choice as for internal rearrangement of space.

For your own comfort, each apartment is equipped with a multi-split heat pump system, with the aim of cooling down the rooms during the hot season or of being used as a secondary heating system.

Further to this, each apartment has a lift on its own floor.

Should your choice fall on a ground-floor or first-floor apartment, you will be in a condition to enjoy your own garden without concerns: a watering system with private control unit will help you keep it always luxuriant.

As far as your possible absence in winter is concerned, you don’t need to worry: part of the heating system is set for antifreeze usage.
