Enjoy a walk in the village and let the magic of this place fascinate you, with its “caruggi”: little, narrow and closed streets, typical of the Ligurian landscape, repeatedly described in Montalian poems.
Another peculiar wonder of the village are “e miagge”, this means dry-walls, considered one of the most significant symbols of this place, direct evidence of man’s efforts to fit into a dry environment with its steep slopes.
The construction of these terraces made it possible to cultivate olive trees, vines and other products that offer us unforgettable fragrances.
To complete the tour we suggest a visit to the church that, as tradition has it, was built after Saint Martin of Tours’ passage.
